Hanees holds a Bachelor of Education, majoring in Special Needs Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education from SEGi University. She is currently a Special Needs Educator at WeShine Child Development Centre, where she is passionate about creating meaningful, inclusive, and supportive learning experiences for children with diverse developmental needs.

Hanees has experience working in various educational settings, including kindergartens, Montessori, and inclusive learning environments. Through her experiences, she has supported children from early childhood through adolescence with different learning needs and developmental profiles. Her exposure to diverse educational approaches has strengthened her ability to adapt intervention and teaching strategies according to each child’s individual strengths, abilities, and learning goals.

She believes that every child learns differently and is committed to creating an engaging environment that encourages participation, confidence, and independence. Hanees values continuous professional growth and actively explores new strategies to enhance learning experiences and make education more accessible and meaningful for every child.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Hanees also has intermediate proficiency in Malaysian Sign Language (BIM), allowing her to better support communication and inclusion among children with diverse needs.
