Yih Xing is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) who obtained her Master of Clinical Psychology from HELP University. She completed her clinical training across diverse settings, including private mental health centres, a chronic pain clinic, a GP clinic, and a childcare centre, where she provided psychological assessment and therapy for children, adolescents, and adults.

Her clinical experiences have reinforced her belief in the importance of understanding each client’s unique experiences and providing individualized, evidence-based care. Her clinical practice is guided by an integrative and collaborative approach, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while tailoring interventions to each client’s unique needs and goals.
