Alyssa obtained her Bachelor of Science (with Honours) in Psychology from the University of Nottingham, Malaysia, and subsequently completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at University of Cyberjaya.
Throughout her studies and clinical placements, she gained exposure to a wide range of clientele, as she worked in a university psychology clinic, a private psychology center, as well as government organizations. Her roles include administering psychological assessments and delivering individualized interventions for adults and children with various psychological concerns and disorders.
Alyssa is predominantly trained to conduct Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) sessions, she also incorporates other techniques into her practice based on her clients’ individual needs. She is dedicated to providing a safe space for her clients to express their challenges in life. While working collaboratively with her clients, she is committed to helping them in learning how to come to terms with their inner selves, and to adapt to different phases of life.
