Ruthra Devi is a Clinical Psychologist, graduated with a Master of Clinical Psychology (UKM) and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) (Hons) UKM. She is a registered member of the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) and Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (MSCP). She also has completed Level A: Basic Interpersonal Psychotherapy Training from Interpersonal Psychotherapy Institute.
She has worked with children, adolescents and adults from different mental health settings which include government hospitals, private mental health services and a non-profit organization. She is currently working at Hospital Putrajaya. Although Ruthra is predominantly trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, she strongly believes in integrating the techniques from different therapeutic approaches to address each individual’s complex and unique needs. As a psychologist, Ruthra is dedicated to create a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to truly understand and acknowledge themselves, & their true potential to deal with life circumstances.
