Vaishanavi is a Bachelor of Education (Hons) Special Needs Education graduate from Segi University, Kota Damansara. She also completed her minor in Guidance and Counseling throughout her time in university. Since her teenage years, Vaishanavi had a passion for special needs children especially after she had a chance to work with children with Autism for a charity event. Her passion grew from there and she found herself being very involved with more NGO work which were related to special needs children to learn and understand their condition better. After graduating, Vaishanavi’s experiences include working in private settings, inclusive schools as well as a Japan based academy to boost children’s potential.
