Ruthra Devi is a Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Psychology) (Honours) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). She is a registered Clinical Psychologist with the Malaysian Allied Health Professions Council (MAHPC) and a member of the Malaysian Society of Clinical Psychology (MSCP). She has also completed Level A: Basic Interpersonal Psychotherapy Training from the Interpersonal Psychotherapy Institute.

Ruthra has clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across diverse mental health settings, including government hospitals, private mental health services, and non-profit organizations. She is currently serving as a Clinical Psychologist at Hospital Putrajaya, where she continues to support individuals with various psychological and emotional concerns.

Although Ruthra is predominantly trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), she believes in integrating techniques from different therapeutic approaches to address the unique needs and experiences of each individual. She is committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can develop greater self-awareness, recognize their strengths, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
